The Pathways course supports students transitioning from college to community life, equipping them with essential skills for a successful future.

Course activities include:

  • Off-site taster days
  • Work experience and volunteering
  • Access to day and community centres
  • Building relationships
  • Learning new skills

The course aims to smooth the transition from college to community, identifying ways to contribute through projects, finding community support and safe travel within the community.

A graduation ceremony celebrates students’ achievements, marking their readiness for the next chapter.
