Learn the key foundations to job roles that support the provision of advice and guidance to customers. The course will support an understanding of good practice, effective communication and signposting to relevant organisations.

The course will take place on Tuesdays from 9am to 5pm and is free (subject to personal circumstances). This course is due to start in October at our Lowestoft campus and January at our Great Yarmouth campus.
