This course employs the current production and professional practices in short film, animation, mobile video and sound for visual media. The focus of the course is in visual post-production techniques and the use of applied visual effects.
The course is designed to provide you with the practical, critical and theoretical tools required by the contemporary moving image production and post-production industries to enhance your creativity and career prospects.
The course is focused towards film and television post-production, visual effects, editing and compositing with strong elements in animation and motion graphics – all areas in which skills shortages continue to be identified.
The course has twelve modules assessed through practical productions, evaluative reports and academic essays.
