Students and apprentices from across the college attended the annual Employment Marketplace on Wednesday 25th January.
Now in its fifth year, the event originally focused on the engineering sector, but has since grown and companies and organisations from a wide range of sectors now attend, including those from care, finance and uniformed services.
The students and apprentices attending the event were able to talk to representatives from 53 employers including Adnams, Geo Therm, Kingsley Healthcare, Pleasurewood Hills and Suffolk Constabulary. As well as receiving advice regarding the job roles and career paths available in various sectors, students also picked up useful tips which will help prepare them for future job applications and interviews.
