Level 1 – This qualification gives you an introduction to Level 1 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings. It can help you decide which area you would like to work in. It will help you develop some basic skills and knowledge required for working in these sectors. You will also have classroom sessions to help build your general knowledge and maths and English skills.
Level 2 – The aim of this qualification is to prepare learners to work with children between birth and five years, with knowledge of children up to eight years. You will also have classroom sessions to help build your general knowledge and maths and English skills.
Level 3 – This course will qualify the students to work in the early years sector with children 0-5. It will also give them access to HE courses at university for further study if they want to become a teacher, children’s nurse or midwife etc.
