The qualifications consist of a range of core units:

  • Digital skills in work
  • Email skills
  • Using the internet

These units are tailored to provide foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with digital platforms commonly used in employment.

You will gain proficiency in using email for communication, navigating the internet for research and productivity, and applying digital skills in various work scenarios. The course emphasises real-world tasks and scenarios to enhance relevance and engagement.

Assessment

Assessment is carried out through a portfolio of evidence compiled by the learner. This includes practical demonstrations, written assignments, and reflective activities.
