"Welcoming young people into our team to experience real life in a career they are considering is fundamental to our company ethos as a local employer. We learn as much from students as they do from us. Jaydn Johnson (Level 3 Creative Media) joined us on one day a week’s work experience in 2020 and soon became an integral TMS team member. Keen to learn to build on his college studies that he ran alongside his own film and photography enterprise, he brought new skills and perspective to our work, and soon became a valued partner, filming and photographing projects for our clients. Work experience led to him picking up clients and commissions. He continues to work with TMS as a paid member of the team. It has been a pleasure to watch him develop and flourish pursuing his passion professionally, and the TMS team are all proud of playing a small part in his progression."
