The BSc (Hons) Computer Technologies (Software Development) course provides a one year progression route to an honours degree for students who have studied a foundation degree in computing. Covering key advanced topics such as software research and development, mobile computing, security principles and web scripting, the course will equip you for a career in the computing industry. The course includes a project module that provides you with an opportunity to specialise in an aspect of computing that is of particular interest to you.
Assessment will normally focus on practical as well as academic abilities. Almost every organisation requires computing forms and when you graduate from our course you will have the up-to-date skills to enter the IT professions and a wide range of industries.
