East Restaurant at our Lowestoft Campus is a public-facing training restaurant where hospitality and catering students gain practical experience in food service and front-of-house operations. The restaurant provides an authentic industry environment, allowing learners to develop customer service, communication, and professional service skills while showcasing food prepared by student chefs.
